Agreement to Terms
Welcome to BoldRoute Middletown Tree Services. By using our website or hiring us for tree services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and we'll post updates here when we do.
Our Services
We provide professional tree care services in Middletown, CT and surrounding areas. This includes tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and more. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs, but weather conditions and other factors may affect timing.
When you request a service, we'll provide you with an estimate. This estimate is our best assessment based on the information available at the time. Sometimes we discover additional issues once we start work, and we'll let you know right away if that happens.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing us with accurate information about your property and the work you need done. This includes letting us know about any underground utilities, property boundaries, and any permits that might be required. You should also make sure pets and people stay clear of the work area for safety.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible. We understand that emergencies happen, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless we've arranged otherwise. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If you have questions about your invoice, please reach out within 7 days and we'll be happy to review it with you.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before starting work. We'll discuss this with you upfront so there are no surprises.
Safety and Liability
Safety is our top priority. We carry full insurance coverage for your protection and ours. While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree work involves some inherent risks. We're not liable for damage caused by hidden defects in trees, underground utilities you didn't tell us about, or natural events beyond our control.
If damage does occur due to our negligence, we'll work with you to make it right. Please report any concerns within 48 hours of service completion so we can address them promptly.
Permits and Regulations
Some tree work requires permits from local authorities. While we're happy to advise you on what might be needed, ultimately it's your responsibility to obtain any required permits. We can help point you in the right direction if you're not sure where to start.
